Shipping Information

We can ship to all addresses in Ireland and Europe. All products are securely packaged to ensure your order arrives in the same condition it left our warehouse.

Shipping charges

Free Shipping on orders exceeding €200.00

All shipments must be signed for. In the event that you are not at home, your parcel will be left at your local Post Office for you to collect.

All prices include VAT @ 21%

Security and Privacy

All transactions are carried out through a secure gateway called Realex. We do not store your financial details and all other information stored by us will not be disclosed to any other companies, business or individuals without your express authorisation. You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account, which is provided to you by Babymoments. ie who host the transactional element of the website. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or any breach of security.

When ordering on the website you will automatically join our subscribers list. Newsletters will be sent out occasionally. If you wish not to receive these, please contact us at info@babymoments.ie

Returns Policy

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return product (other than perishable produce or a special order) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered. We can change or cancel an order up until it is despatched. If your order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us and we will arrange a refund (excluding delivery cost). Any breakages or damages must be notified to us in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
